First Assessment
Duration:Â 90 minutes.
Location:Â At home (upon request) or in our office.
Purpose:
– Understand how your mind works and how you process information.
– Get to know your lifestyle and the environment you live in.
– Talk about your nutrition, daily habits, and emotional well-being.
Outcome: We start by measuring your brain’s baseline activity (SMR) to personalize your Neurofeedback Treatment and estimate the number of sessions you may need.

Individual Neurofeedback Sessions
Duration:Â Approximately 60 minutes
Protocol: Â Real-time brainwave monitoring with personalized feedback using visual and/or auditory stimuli.
Designed to improve brain efficiency and restore balance over time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Must be made with 12–24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged for the session.
